FREE tickets to Silverwood Theme Park

Dear Friends of Silverwood, Silverwood Theme Park appreciates your help and generosity by volunteering for our Night of Stars. This special evening has been tailor-made to be sensitive to the various needs of all the “stars”. With the help from all of our willing community volunteers and Silverwood employees we can make it a safe, fun and rewarding evening for everyone. The Night of Stars on Friday, May 13th, 2011 will open its doors to our stars and guests at 4 p.m. To ensure all of our volunteers have plenty of time to get trained and in position we ask that you check in between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please park in our main parking lot, and access the front gate through the tunnel. We will have someone at the gate checking to make sure you are on the volunteer list, and then direct you to the High Moon Saloon on Main Street where you will check-in and get your assignment. Please proceed to the assigned area for any required training. At the end of your shift please sign out at the High Moon Saloon and confirm your mailing and/or email address. You must sign out before you leave to receive two complimentary tickets to Silverwood valid for the 2011 season. Please fill out the enclosed Sign-Up Sheet and return to me postmarked no later than Friday, April 22nd if you would like to volunteer for this event. Remember: volunteers must be at least 16 yrs. of age, and children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to accompany their parent/guardian who is volunteering.
